To include a selection of surrounding locations, views and amenities: £40
Use of drone for still shots (subject to CAA rules and maximum altitude of 120m): £65
Floorplan: £55 (Up to 2000 sq ft - 1p per sq ft extra after 2k)
There is an excess mileage charge of 20p per mile for locations outside a radius of 20 miles from Romsey
For this I will spend approximately 1.5/3 hours depending on the size of property, using my experience to capture it from a selection of angles and provide you with a portfolio of photographs that will portray its character, condition and facilities.
There is no limitation to the number of photos I take and you will receive them all, fully edited within two days and sent to you as a minimum 2-3mb jpg files for you to upload to whichever booking platform you choose - the images are released by me for you to use however you wish
