Holiday accommodation (i.e Holiday letting properties)
Pricing is kept very simple.
£100 irrespective of size and within 15 miles radius of Romsey - outside of this will incur a small mileage contribution.
Extras:
To include a selection of surrounding locations, views and amenities: £30
Use of drone for still shots (subject to CAA rules): £35
Floorplan: £45 (Up to 2000 sq ft - 1p per sq ft extra after 2k)
For this I will spend approximately 1.5 hours capturing your property from a selection of angles and provide a portfolio of photographs that will capture its character and facilities. There is no limitation to the number of photos I take and you will receive them all, fully edited within two days and sent as 2-3mb jpg files for you to upload to whichever booking platform you choose as the images are released by me for you to use without copyright restriction
