Holiday accommodation and long term rental properties (i.e Holiday letting properties listed on sites such as Airbnb and others)
1-3 Bedrooms - £110
4+ Bedrooms - £140
Extras:
To also photograph a selection of surrounding locations, views and amenities: £40
Use of drone for still shots (subject to CAA rules and maximum altitude of 50m): £65
Floorplan: £40 (Up to 2000 sq ft - 1p per sq ft extra after 2k)
For this I will spend approximately 1.5 - 2 hours, using my experience to capture it from a selection of angles and provide you with a portfolio of photographs that will portray its character, condition and facilities.
There is no limitation to the number of photos I take and you will receive them all, fully edited within two days and sent to you as a minimum 2-3mb jpg files for you to upload to whichever booking platform you choose - the images are released by me for you to use however you wish. Furthermore booking with me directly means I will be able to use my experience and techniques gained over 20 years of property and architectural photography
Estate Agents - these are my fees for providing property photography on a one off basis too.
